Our initial step was to overhaul the website, creating a modern, SEO-optimized platform that seamlessly integrated their mind-body booking system, enhancing overall usability. The updated site featured comprehensive details on class schedules, instructor profiles, and educational resources.
Following the website’s completion, we shifted attention to social media, leveraging their existing Facebook presence. We refined their profile, boosted engagement, and listed yoga classes as events on both Facebook and Eventbrite.
These efforts significantly increased website traffic, soaring from 100 to over 5,000 unique monthly visits. We rigorously tested the booking system to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Despite an uptick in class reservations, we aimed for higher numbers. We invested in Facebook advertising, launching brand awareness and targeted sales campaigns to attract locals and those in nearby regions to the yoga classes. As bookings grew, we turned to an underused asset: our cultivated email list. Implementing email marketing campaigns led to higher open rates, serving as timely reminders for classes, events, and programs, which resulted in reduced no-shows and increased participation.
